Got the 350 honed. Time to put it together then drop it in and work on mating the np435 to it. Then I will mate the np231 to the np435. Whew coming together

Going good man just ordered all the parts to rebuild the motor so now it's waiting game. Then when I get tax return ill be able to hook up the transmission and transfer case and ill be done for the time being. Probably be done by the end of may hopefully or beginning of june.

Getting the motor back together. Hydraulic roller comp cam 08-409-8. Edelbrock performer intake. Gonna get edelbrock 650 cfm thunder series off road carb. Dual roller timming chain, hydraulic lifters, comp cam magnum rocker rollers. Dished pistons. Abunch of other goodies. Getting pistons back monday and will hopefully be done with the motor rebuild Tuesday.Image

Been having trouble with my pistons but i think i just about got it so hopefully ill be done with bottom end today.

Does anyone know if it should be a little difficult to turn the pistons when installed i have tbe harmonic balancer on and i turn it with a crow bar its not super hard but cant do it by hand. Should I be able to do it by hand or is that normal.

Alrighty guys been awhile sorry. Breaking in the motor and after that dropping the old driveline out and gonna mate the new stuff together. Hopefully by end of november mid december ill have it on the road again.
